Tell the Nebraska Public Service Commission: Reject Keystone XL.

Donald Trump has approved the Keystone Pipeline – with virtually no review – despite the threat the pipeline poses to our health and climate. But the Keystone XL developer must still get approval from the Nebraska Public Service Commission to build the pipeline through the state. The commission is taking public comments now.

Trump doesn’t care that Keystone will result in millions of tons of new carbon pollution in our air. He doesn’t care if it causes oil spills that poison the drinking water of communities across the Midwest. And he doesn’t care that Keystone will infringe on property rights of landowners and indigenous people, or that it will do nothing for Americans struggling to make ends meet.

Trump may not care, but we do — and we know you do, too. This fight isn’t over yet, and we aren’t backing down.

People across America are organizing right now to stop the pipeline. Some of the best legal teams in the nation are gearing up to fight Keystone XL. And TransCanada Corp. – the pipeline’s developer – must still get approval from the Nebraska Public Service Commission to build the pipeline through the state. The commission is taking public comments now.

Trump has made his priorities clear: he puts Big Oil company profits ahead of our health, air, and water. By allowing the pipeline to be built with steel from a Russian company, Trump is standing with Vladimir Putin and against American workers – and breaking his promise.

While Trump continues to do the bidding of Big Oil and Vladimir Putin, we will fight back every step of the way. Act now: Urge the Nebraska Public Service Commission to reject the Keystone XL Pipeline.
