Donald Trump’s racist agenda goes directly against the Constitution.

The Fourteenth Amendment is very clear: EVERYONE born on U.S. soil is a U.S. citizen, regardless of their parents’ nationality or immigration status.

But on his first day in office, Trump signed an Executive Order that would eliminate birthright citizenship, completely ignoring over a century of constitutional protections.

17 states and Washington, D.C. are now SUING Trump over this blatantly unconstitutional act. Attorneys General in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and DC are leading the charge do defend the Constitution.
