Young people are facing a healthcare crisis. We’re rationing insulin, skipping doctor visits we can’t afford, and going into debt just to stay alive. Meanwhile, insurance companies are making record profits while denying us the care we need.
The current system is broken. We pay more for healthcare than any other developed country, yet millions of Americans remain uninsured or underinsured. Young adults are particularly vulnerable – aging out of their parents’ plans, working jobs that don’t provide adequate coverage, or simply unable to afford the premiums and deductibles that keep rising every year.
Medicare for All would guarantee healthcare as a right, not a privilege. It would eliminate medical debt, end insurance company interference in our medical decisions, and ensure everyone gets the care they need, regardless of their ability to pay.
It’s time for Congress to catch up and pass Medicare for All – a system that puts people over profits and ensures no one has to choose between their health and their financial future.
Healthcare shouldn’t be a luxury. We’re urging Congress to pass Medicare for All and finally guarantee healthcare for everyone in America.
Young people deserve a healthcare system that works for them – not just insurance company shareholders.
Urge Congress to pass Medicare for All now and guarantee healthcare as a human right.
