If passed, the PRO Act would be the most significant pro-labor legislation since the National Labor Relations Act became law in 1935. It would restore the right to join a union and help workers negotiate safer workplace conditions, higher wages, and better benefits.
Though some provisions of the PRO Act have been enacted, workers in the United States desperately need full legal protection against predatory corporations.
For decades, wealthy corporations and Republican politicians have systematically eroded our fundamental labor rights. Corporate interests are plotting to spend millions of dollars to defeat the PRO Act, but we can’t let them succeed.
Tell Congress to support union rights and working families by passing the PRO Act.
