Youth vote organization endorses progressive candidate for Pittsburgh mayor ahead of the Democratic primary in May
Pittsburgh, PA – Today, NextGen PAC endorsed Ed Gainey for re-election for Pittsburgh mayor. NextGen PAC’s endorsement of Mayor Gainey is due to his commitment to protecting immigrants, solving economic inequality and supporting labor unions, and advocating for abortion rights and LGBTQ+ rights.
An experienced civil servant and community advocate, Mayor Gainey is committed to building a more just and equitable Pennsylvania. His commitment to the local community and leadership is invaluable, and NextGen PAC is proud to endorse Mayor Gainey so he may continue to prioritize the values of Pittsburgh’s young people.
